Dennis Sy
Lead Pastor, Victory Makati
Dennis Sy is the lead pastor of Victory Makati in Metro Manila, Philippines, and serves as an elder for Victory Metro Manila. He became a senior pastor at age 27 and served for 13 years with Victory Greenhills before transitioning to Victory Makati. He studied evangelism and leadership at Wheaton Graduate School and is the author of four books. He is passionate about building leadership runways for generations to come and equipping the next generation of leaders to thrive in their calling.
Dennis and his wife, Thammie, have five children and live in Manila, Philippines.
Donnell Jones
Lead Pastor, Grace Covenant Church Brookland
Donnell Jones is the lead pastor of Grace Covenant Church Brookland in Washington, DC, USA. A native of Washington, DC, he has served inner-city youth through the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation, ministered to collegiate and professional athletes, and helped plant churches in Washington, DC; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA; and Tempe, Arizona, USA. He currently serves as character coach for the University of Maryland men’s and women’s basketball teams and is the former chaplain for the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). He is passionate about reaching communities, discipling leaders, and advancing the gospel through church planting and urban ministry.
Donnell and his wife, Marianne, have one son and four daughters, and live in Washington, DC.
Dr. Timothy Tennent
Professor of Mission and World Christianity, Beeson Divinity School of Samford University
Dr. Timothy Tennent is the Methodist Chair of Divinity and professor of mission and world Christianity at Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham, Alabama, USA. He served as president of Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky, USA, for fifteen years before his current position. A renowned missiologist, Dr. Tennent is the author of Theology in the Context of World Christianity, Christianity at the Religious Roundtable, and World Missions: A Missiology for the 21st Century. He has ministered in China, Thailand, Nigeria, and Eastern Europe, and still regularly preaches throughout the United States. Dr. Tennent received his MDiv from Gordon-Conwell University and completed his PhD in non-Western Christianity with a focus on Hinduism and Indian Christianity at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
He and his wife, Julie, an accomplished organist, have two children, Jonathan and Bethany.
Christoffer Chipeio
Lead Pastor, Every Nation Windhoek
Christofferr Chipeio is the lead pastor of Every Nation Windhoek in Windhoek, Namibia, and a member of the Southern Africa Regional Leadership Team. He gave his life to Christ at age 11, was baptized at 17, and received his call to ministry at 19 while studying law at Stellenbosch University. Trained as a legal practitioner, he has pastored Every Nation Windhoek since 2017 and transitioned into full-time ministry in 2022. He is also a student in the 2024 cohort of Every Nation Seminary. He is passionate about Jesus and committed to helping believers grow into all God has called them to be. In his free time, he enjoys writing songs, playing guitar, gardening, and playing soccer with his sons.
Christoffer and his wife, Melody, live in Windhoek, Namibia, with their three sons.
Dr. Rice Broocks
Cofounder, Every Nation
Dr. Rice Broocks is a cofounder of Every Nation and serves as the Bishop of Bethel Churches in Nashville Tennessee. He is the author of several books, including God’s Not Dead, The Purple Book, and Every Nation in Our Generation. Dr. Rice has a passion for helping college students understand and defend the gospel. With the God’s Not Dead Events team, he travels globally to present evidence for God on university campuses. Dr. Rice has a master’s degree in theological studies from Reformed Theological Seminary and a doctorate in missiology from Fuller Theological Seminary.
He and his wife, Jody, have five children and live in Franklin, Tennessee.
William Murrell
Lead Pastor, All Saints Church
William Murrell is the lead pastor of All Saints Church in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, and is the dean of academics and professor of church history at Every Nation Seminary. Born and raised in the Philippines, he has graduate degrees in history from the University of Oxford (MSt) and Vanderbilt University (PhD). He teaches and writes on the history of Christian mission and Muslim-Christian relations, and loves old books, church architecture, and gardening with his wife and kids.
William and his wife, Rachel, have four children and live in Nashville, Tennessee.
Kai Phanthavong
Lead Pastor
Kai Phanthavong is the lead pastor of her church and serves on the Regional Leadership Team for the Indochina region. She holds an MA in theology and mission from Every Nation Seminary, as well as a bachelor’s degree in education and computer science. She is passionate about raising young leaders and missionaries and is committed to equipping the next generation to make Jesus known both locally and globally. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, doing food reviews, and playing badminton.
Kai lives and serves in a creative access nation where she leads her church and invests in her community.
Gilbert Foliente
Bishop, Victory Metro Manila
Gilbert Foliente serves as bishop of Victory Metro Manila in the Philippines and as a member of the Every Nation Apostolic Council. While he was still a student, he became pastor of Victory Los Baños. Before stepping into his current role, he also pastored Victory U-Belt. Gilbert holds a master’s degree in international studies and church planting from Asbury Theological Seminary and is a preaching coach for Every Nation Seminary.
He and his wife, Cathy, have two children and live in Manila Philippines.
